Our public website is primarily a static marketing site. It does not currently use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, account registration, website forms, cookies for tracking, or browser storage.
If you choose to contact us using a mail link, your email application and email provider may share information such as your name, email address, message, attachments, and any other information you decide to include.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, discuss projects, provide requested services, maintain business communications, and protect the security of our systems.
We do not sell inquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising.

WhiteHatData does not sell personal information and does not use inquiry information for behavioral advertising. Commercial messages, if any, will be sent only in accordance with applicable anti-spam requirements, including CAN-SPAM and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.
Information shared through email or a customer engagement may be processed by service providers in other countries. We use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the applicable legal requirements.
